These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Infinite Soldier Technologies, which operates Infinite Dashboard ("we," "us," "the site"). By using infinitedashboard.com, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site is

This is the marketing and early-access website for Infinite Dashboard — an AI operations assistant that helps you run your business from one place. The site describes the product and lets you join the early-access list. The product itself is a separate app with its own sign-up terms, presented when you create an account.

Early access

• Joining the early-access list means we may email you about availability and launch. You can unsubscribe anytime with one click.
• Early access doesn't guarantee a spot, a price, or a launch date — features, pricing, and timing described on the site are plans and may change.
• Any prices shown (including "free to start") are promotional and may change before launch.

Your email

You don't need an account to browse the site. If you give us your email for early access, you agree it's really yours and that you're okay receiving launch updates. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the site to break the law, harm others, or attack or overload our systems. We may limit access if the site is being abused.

Links to other sites & apps

We link to other tools and apps (including the product app and the rest of the Infinite ∞ family). We're not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't control; visiting them is under their terms.

Intellectual property

The Infinite Dashboard name, the ∞ branding, the site design, and the writing are ours. You may share links and quote short bits with credit, but please don't copy the site wholesale.

No guarantees

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the latest version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
